A: An escape room is an amusement activity where participants are locked in a room and must work together to solve puzzles. The puzzles eventually lead the group to a 4 digit numeric code, which will unlock the door and allow the group to "escape."
Q: Are we going to be put with other people in the room?
A: No. We never put strangers in your room. It'll only be your team members playing with you in the room.
Q: Am I allowed to take pictures or record videos in the room?
A: No, electronic devices are not allowed in our rooms. Lockers are provided to store your phone and belongings before entering the room.
Q: What is the price to participate?
A: $25 per adult. $20 per child. These prices include a mandatory 10% Connecticut State Admission Tax.
Q: What do I do if I have a promo code? How does it apply?
A: After selecting which game you'd like to book on our "Book Now" page, enter the promo code on the next screen where it will ask "Do you have a promo code?" The discount will be applied in person at the day and time of your reservation.
Q: What is the number of people required to play?
A: At least 2 but the rooms accommodate up to 6 players.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: You may pay with Debit, Credit Card, or Cash on the day of the event.
Q: How long before my scheduled time do I need to arrive?
A: We require that you arrive 15 minutes prior to start time. This allows time to hear our rules and regulations as well as put away your belongings.
Q: Can I purchase gift cards?
A: Yes! We have gift cards available at Don't Pan!c and they can be purchased in person!
